Client Scenarios
Which of our plans is right for each person?
Daniel
Daniel, a new homeowner, has never gardened before and thinks he wants to put a pollinator garden in the corner of his yard. He wants to meet with a gardening expert to walk around his yard with him, discuss a variety of possibilities, and then receive a summary of what they discussed. Our Personalized Walkthrough is right for Daniel.
Sherita
Sherita wants to redesign her front yard and will do the hands-on work herself. Like Daniel, she wants to meet with a gardening expert to walk around her yard and discuss ideas. However, instead of receiving a summary of what they discussed afterwards, she wants detailed, to-scale drawings that show exactly where to put each carefully selected plant so her yard meets her goals. Our Detailed Roadmap is right for Sherita.
José
José is busy and wants a fully designed, coordinated transformation of part of their yard for entertaining. After doing a walkthrough with a gardening expert and signing off on detailed, to-scale drawings, José prefers not to do the installation themself and wants Hallspring Habitats to oversee the hiring and work of installers. Our Complete Plan is right for José.
Eleanor
Eleanor is a gardener who enjoys do-it-yourself projects but needs periodic advice on plant selection, troubleshooting, and seasonal tasks as they come up. She wants to be able to pay an expert by the hour for their input on discrete issues. A Strategy Session is right for Eleanor.
Western Elementary School
An elementary school principal wants to turn an underused outdoor area into a learning garden that teachers and students can engage with year-round. The principal needs a clear design, help coordinating installation, and guidance on how to maintain the space sustainably. Our School Plan is right for this school.
Parmelee Community Association
A community center plans to create a welcoming outdoor gathering space that supports local wildlife, serves visitors, and offers a play area for children. They need a tailored plan that will ensure they implement it within their budget. Our Community Group Plan is right for this group.
